Civil Legal Aid is available for Appeals in The VAT and Duties Tribunal and we are the only Consultancy Practice in the UK approved by the Legal Services Commission to conduct legal aid work in the Tribunal and in appeals from the Tribunal. Legal aid applies to appeals where you have been issued with a financial penalty or where you have had a vehicle and/or goods seized. Unfortunately Legal Aid is means tested.
